Job Summary Operates and monitors day to day functions of the facility.

Utilizes tools to analyze and interpret historical and present data to make real time adjustments to maximize and optimize system processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Other minor duties may be assigned.

* Monitors and controls operations of machinery and equipment in a control room environment utilizing SCADA systems.

* Adjusts process variables and making necessary corrections to ensure system cohesiveness and optimal operations.

* Analyzes data and HMI readings from equipment to make educated decisions on process variable changes to enhance equipment performance and ensure stable and consistent operations.

* Ensures facility compliance with safety regulations and procedures * Keep accurate records and logs of daily events to review performance * Communicate with other personnel in a timely and efficient manner * Works hand and hand with both the floor operations team as well as the engineering team to quickly notify of system issues and provide live feedback of performance of equipment.

* Performing other duties as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties.

Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A.

Education and Experience Education: High school diploma or G.E.D (accredited). Preferred Degree in Analytics, Computer Sciences, Engineering.

Experience: Past computer experience or facility computer training (seminar or on-the-job training). Trained in the aspects of RCRA requirements.

Preferred 1-2 years' experience Control Room in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Analytical and troubleshooting background Prior Scada System Experience B.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements Maintain a safe work environment.

This includes responsibility for cleaning the work station, reporting defective equipment, storing and handling equipment or materials properly, and participating in company training.

Follow site safety and environmental policies and practices.

Participate in safety meetings, problem solving meetings, incident and near-miss investigations.

Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Qualifications: Responsible person.

Good work attendance record.

Understanding of facility functions.

Skills: Basic mechanical knowledge.

Basic reading and writing.

Good communications with other personnel.

Knowledge of computers.
