Boston, Massachusetts 02210 Telecommuting: 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the US Responsibilities: The IT Healthcare Solution Expert - Salesforce.com will implement new technologies to support and enhance the Global Salesforce Service Cloud application and the connected ecosystem of 3rd party applications and data integration points.

Specific duties will include: * Provide guidance on PSP (Patient support Program) matters to the various workstreams including: SDLC (software development life cycle), development best practice, testing methodologies, and project management; * Identify opportunities for business process optimization; * Engineer integration of multiple systems platforms and work processes; streamline data management; improve user experience; identify and integrate new technologies; improve performance metrics; identify opportunities to improve workflow and productivity; lower costs while maintaining client experience; * Build local, regional, and global partnerships with all Business Technology teams; * Design adaptable and scalable solutions for our customers considering demographic trends and generational differences; * Collaborate effectively with developers from other departments to develop best-practice solutions; embrace new technologies to shape the future of our business; and * Drive change by encouraging culture of creativity, experimentation, risk taking, and openness to new ideas and differing perspectives.

Requirements & Qualifications: Must have have a Master's degree in Computer or Information Science and two (2) years of work experience as a Software Developer or in a related field.

Candidate must also have the following: * Proficiency designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications gained through two (2) years of work experience.

* Proficiency designing and implementing Boomi processes and data mapping gained through six (6) months of work experience.

* Proficiency developing and implementing integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce gained through two (2) years of work experience.

* Proficiency collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions within Salesforce gained through two (2) years of work experience.

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
