Meeting Facilitation: Lead weekly operational check-ins, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly strategy realignment calls in partnership with Strategists.
Project Coordination: Manage internal resources and project timelines in Teamwork, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Strategists to ensure strategic alignment, campaign effectiveness, and proactive issue resolution.
Onboarding & Transition: Support smooth onboarding of new clients, transitioning them seamlessly from sales to ongoing account management.
Performance Reporting: Generate clear, actionable insights and recommendations using data from HubSpot, Databox, Looker Studio, GA4, and other sources.
Qualifications
2+ years in agency-side client success, account management, or project management (higher-ed or SaaS/MarTech experience preferred).
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills via Google Meet, Google Chat, and email.
Proficiency with HubSpot (workflows, dashboards, pipelines).
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail.
Experience with Teamwork (or comparable) project-management software.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Nice-to-have: Basic SEO/PPC knowledge; familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or enrollment marketing.
