A 20+ year company that is looking for a Sales Development Manager to join the team.

In this role, you will lead training sessions for new sales team members to develop a comprehensive understanding of all company offerings. You will also regularly update training schedule, training materials, and internal documentation to ensure relevance and consistency. Further, you will have the opportunity to proactively track team goal progress and assess the performance of team members to understand their strengths and areas for growth, providing tailored guidance for improvement

Who You Are:

2-5 years' experience in Sales Management or Development.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).

Demonstrate strong time management skills and effectively prioritize tasks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Bachelor's Degree.

Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain strong internal rapport.

Preferred: Digital advertising sales experience and familiarity with related marketing tools (e.g., Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement, Gong, etc.)

Location & Structure: Required to work in office out of locations in Columbia, MO, Chicago,IL or, Kansas City, MO.
