What you'll be doing:
Connecting brands to real people in real-time through standout visual storytelling
Creating bold, thumb-stopping social-first design work for a range of clients across industries including CPG, beverage/alcohol, QSR, retail, and luxury automotive
Leading visual concepting and design across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging channels
Collaborating closely with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, videographers, editors, and animators to bring ideas to life — all in-house
Working at the speed of culture — quickly turning ideas into visually compelling executions with precision and craft
Presenting visual concepts and campaign work confidently to agency leadership and clients
What you bring:
A passion for design and a sharp eye for aesthetics, layout, and motion in the social space
A desire to make award-winning, trend-driving creative as part of a tight, fast-moving team
2–4 years of experience in an agency or similar creative environment, with a portfolio showcasing a strong sense of brand, composition, and storytelling
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) — animation and motion graphics are a strong plus
A pulse on what's trending visually on social — from typography to filters to memes — and a knack for adapting those trends to branded content
Strong communication and presentation skills — you're confident pitching ideas and articulating your creative rationale
A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and love of collaboration
