What You'll Do

Produce detailed steel and concrete construction drawing sets using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks with minimal supervision.

Develop structural plans and details that align with architectural intent, building codes, and OSHA standards.

Apply BIM modeling protocols to ensure consistency, accuracy, and innovation across all project phases.

Work closely with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to deliver coordinated, high-quality deliverables.

Support field work by visiting project sites to gather measurements and verify existing conditions-primarily within the industrial sector, including pulp and paper, food processing, and manufacturing facilities.

Contribute to a culture of mentorship by supporting junior team members and sharing best practices.Requirements

Associate degree or technical diploma in Architectural Technology, Structural Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

2-5 years of experience in structural drafting or detailing, preferably within industrial or commercial construction.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential.

Familiarity with BIM standards, building codes, and OSHA requirements.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited direction.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
