Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Assist customers with account-related questions and provide detailed information about our products and services.

Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer requests effectively.

Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and assist with any ongoing issues.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively converse with customers and document conversations.

Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools is advantageous.
