We partner with charitable organizations to amplify their programs and drive positive change. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, helping to process donations, manage our database, and provide exceptional customer service to our valued supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries
Provide outstanding customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation of new and departing donors
Collaborate with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute accurate, engaging donor communications
Support a variety of fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and on-the-day assistance
Oversee the maintenance of the donor database, ensuring accurate data entry and offering internal training and support
Assist the fundraising team with data input, amendments, report generation, and data queries, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Stay informed on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry news
Take ownership of your role by incorporating new ideas and initiatives to enhance our fundraising efforts
Requirements:
A passion for fundraising and commitment to supporting a great cause; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
