Mechanical and Electrical Component Assembler and Tester

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Contract: 6 months

The Role:

Follow standard work and visual operating procedures to successfully complete task.

Participates in the assembly of products by hand or using hand tools or portable powered tools.

Assist with assembly process and testing on the production floor to meet customer needs and timelines

Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency.

Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and staff to ensure process documentation (Work instructions, SOPs, etc.) is accurate and concise.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or similar technical experience/certifications.

At least 3+ years as a technician, experience with CAD design.

2-3 years of Electro-mechanical assembly or mechanical assembly?

Experience in industrial work settings.?

Experience working with hand tools.
