We are seeking a Merchandise Sales Associate to join our event team at Proctor's Theatre in Schenectady, NY.

As a Merchandise Sales Associate, you'll deliver top-tier service in a dynamic, high-energy environment during a special event running from June 24 to July 3.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain event experience while earning extra income.

The Merchandise Sales Associate role includes paid orientation and flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities + Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting.

+ Assist guests with merchandise selection and general inquiries.

+ Learn and perform retail duties, including sales transactions and restocking.

+ Maintain neat and visually appealing merchandise displays.

+ Comply with the dress code (black pants, black shoes; branded shirt provided). Requirements Requirements + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Positive, friendly attitude and professional demeanor.

+ Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

+ Available for 3-4 shifts per week, including at least one weekend matinee.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Mandatory attendance at paid orientation/training on Tuesday, June 24 (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM).
