We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Representative to join our Clearance and Collateral Management team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid, 3 days /w in-office
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Provides client service and support to internal and external clients daily, including phone interaction, problem resolution, transaction processing, reconciliations and accounting services.
Regularly updates client accounts in a timely manner.
Supporting clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
Demonstrates the ability & willingness to learn about our clients and our products.
Monitoring client inquiries, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues as needed.
Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
Utilizing problem-solving skills and best judgement to analyze information, and to provide our clients with information related to BNY products.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
1-2 years of total work experience preferred.
Must be comfortable speaking directly with our clients.
Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
Starting on the Late Desk: 11am - 8pm for the first month. Rotating Desk thereafter: 7am - 4pm and 9am - 6pm.
