Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service-related requests

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Assist in resolving client issues efficiently and professionally

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous support

Provide administrative support related to client accounts and service workflows

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
