Warmly greet and assist all visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk.
Manage guest check-ins and ensure security protocols are followed.
Triage incoming tickets and route them to the appropriate internal teams.
Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages, including logging and distribution.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
Manage conference room bookings and calendar updates via Google Calendar.
Communicate effectively with internal teams via Slack and other tools.
Support workplace operations and customer experience initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
24 years of experience in a front desk, office coordinator, or customer-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and approachable demeanor.
Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Calendar) and Slack.
Experience with ticketing systems and basic office logistics (shipping/receiving).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
