Senior SAP FICO Solution Architect

Required Qualifications:

Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or another relevant discipline

10+ years of experience in full life cycle of SAP Finance - Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) implementations .

Deep functional knowledge : Extensive understanding of all aspects of SAP FICO (ECC and S4 Hana) including General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), Fixed Assets (AA), Banking, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Product Costing (PC).

Implementation and upgrade expertise: Working in full life cycle implementations, upgrades, and rollouts of SAP FICO across multiple projects, including requirements gathering, blueprint design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.

Integration with other modules : Strong knowledge of integrating SAP FICO with other modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) to ensure seamless data flow and business process alignment.

Solution architecture design: Designing complex SAP FICO solutions considering business needs, regulatory compliance etc. Sound understanding of Middleware and peripheral system integrations.

Technical expertise: Understanding of SAP configuration tools, data migration techniques, LSMW, BDC, and potential for custom development when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Business process analysis: Analyzing existing financial processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing optimized solutions within the SAP FICO framework.

Project leadership: Managing teams of SAP FICO consultants, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality control, and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Implementation Tools : Working knowledge with Solution Manager, HPQC, Jira
