Kable Staffing is in urgent need of a Quality Assurance in Minster, OH. This position is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Read and interpret blueprints to verify the accuracy of fabricated parts.

Inspect parts and components throughout the fabrication process to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

Document inspection results and report any discrepancies or non-conformances.

Collaborate with fabricators and the QA/QC team to address and resolve issues.

Operate machinery such as shears and punches when inspection workload is low.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Assist with other duties as needed to support production and quality goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Previous experience operating a shear and/or punch machine is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Flexible and willing to take on varied responsibilities based on workflow.

Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes in a fabrication setting.

Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.

Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.

Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.

Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time

Communication skills.
