Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Plans, implements, and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area, such as Arts, Sports, Fitness & Recreation, Health & Life Skills, Character & Leadership Development and Specialized Initiatives.

KEY ROLES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist with preparing Youth for Success 1. Assist with creating an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes:

1. Assist with providing guidance and role modeling to members

2. Assist with effectively implementing and administering programs, services and activities for members as directed by program guidelines and expectations.

3. Assist with monitoring and evaluating programs, services and activities to ensure safety of members, quality in programs and appearances of the Club at all times.

4. Assist with ensuring a productive work environment by participating in weekly staff meetings.

5. Required participation in special programs/events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be a current member of the above listed Boys & Girls Club organization and be at least 14 years old (ages 14-18 at time of hired)
