Job Description
We are working with an established manufacturing client on an HR Manager opportunity. The site HR Manager will be responsible for the human resource activities at the client's New Orleans, NorthShore facility of approximately 100 employees. The position is on-site, based in the plant with heavy emphasis on staffing and talent acquisition, employee relations, training, compliance and liaising with corporate leadership to ensure best practices. The HR Manager will be well-versed in the full breadth of HR functions, laws, and regulations and be an organized and approachable leader to employees.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field
4+ years of HR specific experience – to include talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations & training & development
Manufacturing environment experience required
