7-10 years experience

• Must have IT Sourcing experience in either hardware, software, and/or services categories.

• Must have experience with IT contract terms and conditions (Master Agreements, SOW's, order forms) including knowledge of common risks to address within IT contracts and experience redlining

• Must have experience negotiating IT contracts with vendors

• Must have demonstrated skills project managing sourcing projects including managing timelines, tracking & reporting on project data & statuses, leading contract negotiations, facilitate reviews & approvals through required workflows

• Experienced managing stakeholders including challenging assumptions, enforcing requirements, influencing expectations, and delivering value

• Experienced developing IT sourcing strategies both at category-level and on a project-by-project basis

• Experienced running RFx for IT sourcing categories including requirements gathering, leading communications, project managing sourcing activities end-to-end

• bility to execute in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility to changing requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Exhibit judgement necessary to balance speed, cost, and quality to best serve operational needs, stakeholder requests, and sourcing team objectives

• Self-motivated, independent individual contributor

• Excellent analytical skills to ensure that challenges and/or solutions are identified in an effective way

• Excellent conceptual skills and autonomy including stakeholder management experience
