Non CDL Dump Trailer Hauler/Material Handler

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Non CDL Dump Trailer Hauler/Material Handler to join our team at Boss Exteriors Inc. You will be responsible for the loading, unloading, and movement of materials within our warehouse and job sites. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in pulling a dump trailer, material handling and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming materials and accurately record them in inventory

- Organize and maintain inventory in warehouse and job sites

- Load and unload materials from trucks and other delivery vehicles

- Move materials to designated storage areas using hand trucks or other equipment

- Ensure all materials are labeled correctly and are stored in designated locations

- Work closely with other team members to maintain an efficient flow of materials

- Report any damaged or missing materials to supervisor

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in material handling

- Good driving record and ability to pull a dump trailer

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and a team player

- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and in outdoor environments

- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
