Job Summary

We’re hiring reliable and professional Sprinter van drivers for consistent delivery routes. You’ll pick up small packages in New Jersey and deliver to multiple stops in Spring Valley, NY. All deliveries must be completed same day — no returns to the warehouse. Drivers are expected to complete their full route efficiently and professionally.

Earn up to $1,050 per week to start, with opportunities to increase in pay with high performance and reliability.

Route Details

Flat Rate: $150/day

Pickup Location: New Jersey

Delivery Area: Spring Valley, NY

Schedule: 3–4 days per week to start, with opportunities to grow to 5–7 days per week

Start Time: 5:00 AM

Packages: Small parcels (up to 40 lbs)

Route Type: Multi-stop, regional delivery

Policy: Incomplete routes may impact eligibility for continued route assignments.

Responsibilities

Operate a Sprinter van to deliver packages safely and efficiently within the Spring Valley, NY area

Load and unload packages, ensuring items are secured and protected during transit

Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients

Maintain a valid driver’s license and follow all traffic laws and safety regulations

Submit any required documentation related to deliveries and vehicle insurance

Requirements

Must be 21+ years old

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Own a Sprinter van

Valid insurance in your name with comprehensive coverage and a driver-for-hire or rideshare rider added

At least 2 years of experience as an owner-operator or delivery driver

Role may be subject to a routine background screening

Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs

Experience with loading/unloading and multi-stop routing/customer delivery

Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor

Must complete a virtual interview with pre-recorded questions
