Description:
The Outbound Service Revenue Generator is responsible for initiating and managing outbound communication to existing and potential customers with the goal of increasing revenue through service-based offerings. This role will focus on upselling maintenance packages, scheduling service appointments, promoting filter replacements, offering system upgrades, and renewing service contracts.
Specific Job Function:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to promote service offerings such as filter replacements, maintenance plans, system upgrades, and warranty extensions.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Coordinate and schedule service appointments with field technicians, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., customer interactions, quotes, service plans).
Collaborate with the service and sales teams to develop strategic outreach lists and campaign content.
Track and report on key metrics including contact rates, conversion rates, revenue generated, and customer retention.
Re-engage lapsed service customers and ensure timely renewals of expiring service agreements.
Provide clear communication about service benefits, timelines, and costs to customers.
Stay informed on all service offerings, pricing models, and system specifications to confidently address customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role—ideally with a focus on service-based revenue generation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Full-time
