Description

The Director will work to establish the institution's online and dual enrollment programs, including working with school leadership and faculty on program development, marketing, administration, and student support in accordance with college regulations.

Examples of Duties

Works to establish the dual enrollment and online programs, ensuring they meet institutional and state standards.

Build new relationships with public school districts and private schools to solidify strong partnerships and implement articulation agreements with the College

Work cooperatively with marketing and communications and enrollment management staff to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract qualified students to the programs.

Works with academic affairs on the development and delivery of courses for both dual enrollment and online program students.

Recommends policy and procedural changes to improve the online and dual enrollment programs.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

PHD or 8 years of applicable experience
