Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to identify waste and implement process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and production scale-up.

Conduct process engineering analysis to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes and equipment specifications.

Implement CAM programming for automated machinery to enhance production capabilities.

Provide technical support for industrial equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing costs.

Fabricate prototypes and assist in the development of new manufacturing techniques. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and practices.

Robotics

Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software for design purposes.

Experience with CAM programming is highly desirable.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.

Demonstrated experience in process engineering within a manufacturing setting.

Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members.
