Project Executive

This HVAC Project Executive job will lead, coordinate, and manage HVAC installation and service projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage HVAC projects including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction.

Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Monitor project progress and performance; implement corrective measures when needed.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and company policies.

Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and safety compliance.

Manage procurement and timely delivery of HVAC equipment and materials.

Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.

Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.

Lead project handover and documentation processes. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

5+ years of experience in HVAC project execution or management.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.

Proven track record of handling medium to large-scale HVAC projects.

Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) practices. Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Experience with green building standards (e.g., LEED).

Prior experience in commercial or industrial HVAC projects.
