We’re Hiring a Human Resources Generalist

Full-time On-Site – Downtown Wilmington, DE

What You’ll Do:

Be the trusted partner for managers and employees in navigating employee relations with empathy and professionalism.

Lead and manage employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.) with confidence and compliance.

Own the full-cycle recruiting process—attract, assess, and hire top talent that drives our mission forward.

Support onboarding and offboarding with consistency and care.

Help shape and enforce HR policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements.

Contribute to performance management, engagement initiatives, and HR operations.

What You Bring:

3–5 years of HR generalist experience, with deep expertise in employee relations, leave administration, and recruiting.

A proactive, people-first mindset and a sharp understanding of employment law.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (PHR or SHRM-CP a plus).

Ability to work on-site at our Wilmington, DE office—because your presence matters!
