Salary: Starting at $20/hour, varies based on experience

Rich & Sons is a family-owned company providing Commercial Plumbing, Process Piping, Site Utilities and Municipal Service throughout Illinois and is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk at our Deer Creek office. Essential Functions:
Process and export invoices
Process remittance checks
Process EFTs for all utility bills paid online
Complete all necessary reporting including enterprise zone reporting and accounts payable aging report
Update certificates of liability Insurance
Set up new vendors
Manage tax exempt certificates
Assist with general administrative support including answering phones and greeting visitors
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High school diploma required
At least one year experience in Accounts Payable or Construction Administration preferred
Conducts oneself in a professional manner with responsibility, integrity, accountability, and excellence
Demonstrated ability to take initiative; always finds a way to be productive, takes pride in their work
Works well as a team member; places the success of the team above self interest
Demonstrated ability to think critically using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions
Mathematical reasoning the ability to choose the correct method or formulas to solve the problem
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills are required
Must be able to determine and prioritize workload
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to learn new technologies and work in applicable software
Meticulous attention to detail required
Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines
