**Responsibilities**

**Job Summary:**

+ We are seeking an experienced Wireless Network Architect to design and implement wireless network solutions using Aruba technology.

+ The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of wireless networking, experience with Aruba products and solutions, and a strong understanding of network architecture and design principles.

+ This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Design, implement, and troubleshoot wireless networks using Aruba technologyWork with clients to assess their network requirements and create detailed network designs

+ Conduct site surveys and RF analysis to identify optimal locations for access points and other wireless networking equipment

+ Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients during the deployment of wireless networks

+ Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in wireless networking technology and best practices

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service

**Requirements:**

+ At least 5 years of experience as a Wireless Network Architect or a similar role in large enterprise environments

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, CS or a related field or 5 additional years relevant experience

+ In-depth knowledge of wireless networking technologies and standards

+ Extensive experience with Aruba products and solutions

+ Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams

+ Healthcare Information Technology experience preferred but not required

+ Ability to travel as needed.

**Requirements**

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
