Freedom Academy, a K8 school in North Phoenix, is seeking a transformational leader to serve as Principal and become the face of the school. This role will shape the lives of students, support and challenge a team of educators, and build lasting partnerships with families and the local community. It will take someone exceptional someone who leads with vision, serves with humility, and delivers results.

Your Mission as Principal

As Principal of Freedom Academy, you will:

Cast Vision Rally the entire school community around a clear, compelling, and values-aligned vision for student success.

Lead People Hire, develop, support, and hold accountable a high-performing team of educators and staff.

Build Culture Create a safe, structured, joyful environment that reflects our schools culture of care, service, and high expectations.

Drive Results Ensure outstanding academic outcomes, operational excellence, and strong student growth through systems, data, and consistent leadership.

Serve the Community Be the trusted, visible leader of the school to parents, students, and community partners.

Minimum Requirements

Experience as a school leader (principal, assistant principal, or similar role); K8 experience preferred

Track record of improving school culture and student outcomes

Strong knowledge of effective instruction, professional development, and team leadership

Arizona Principal Certification (or ability to obtain)

Masters degree in Education or Educational Leadership preferred
