Summary/Objectives

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate will also possess strong general software development skills and be capable of making changes to .NET Framework 4.8 applications and .NET Core applications as needed. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for creating high-quality software solutions and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Essential Functions

Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.

General Software Development: Apply best practices in software development to design, develop, and maintain various applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.

Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, workflows, and reports.

Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce.

Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and other software applications.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with SQL Server and database management.

Familiarity with web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Work Style:

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional Experience:

At least 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development.

Experience in general software development, particularly with .NET technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.

Experience with .NET Framework 4.8 or .NET Core Development

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Work Environment

On-site with occasional Hybrid work

Minimal travel to training events.

Physical Demands

The position requires setup and use of computers and related activities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-time, Monday – Friday, with rare off-hours and weekend work.
