Hematology/Oncology Physician

Dates: 8/1/25-Ongoing 1 year

Shift Details: M-F clinic, 8-4:30 call in hospital every 3rd week

Schedule: M-F (weekends) with inpatient call 1 in 3

Support staff: Nurses/CMA/APP

Patients per day: 15

Patient population/age: 18 and up

Special procedures: bone marrow bx

EMR: Cerner

Certifications: BC, WV license, DEA, Fellowship, BLS, ACLS

Minimum experience required: 3-5 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60
