You assess patients, plan personalized care, and evaluate responses to health issues.

You keep patients safe by understanding their needs and the healthcare setting for smoother transitions.

You delegate interventions to team members based on guidelines, patient condition, and team abilities.

Your professionalism and experience help you make important recommendations that impact patient outcomes.\n Essential Functions of the Role\n\nFocus on patient and family needs.\nDevelop and adjust nursing care plans for desired outcomes.\nYou will create a safe place for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications\n\nTwo years of relevant work experience.\nThe main area of study in your education should be nursing.\n(2) Two years of experience in nursing is required.\nYou need to be a registered nurse\nHave basic life support (BLS) certification or get it within 30 days of starting.\n
