We currently have a career opportunity for a Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Managed Support Consultant to join our Oracle ERP Business Unit.

This role is responsible for providing functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud Financial modules, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and client satisfaction in a managed services environment.

You will collaborate with business users, IT teams, and Oracle support to troubleshoot issues, support month-end and year-end processes, implement minor enhancements, and ensure system best practices.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules such as:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash Management (CM)

Expenses and Tax

Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests in accordance with ITIL-based support processes and SLAs.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional configuration issues and data discrepancies.

Assist with month-end and year-end close support and reconciliation processes.

Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes or process improvements.

Support patch testing and Oracle quarterly updates (release readiness).

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and develop functional specifications.

Develop and maintain documentation such as configuration guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Work with Oracle SRs (Service Requests) and escalate appropriately when needed.

Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Support testing efforts (unit, UAT, regression) and coordinate with QA teams.

Provide user training and support for change management as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

3–7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules in a support or consulting role.

Strong understanding of financial business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).

Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly patch analysis and testing.

Familiarity with Oracle Support tools (MOS, SRs), BI Publisher, and FBDI templates.

Ability to troubleshoot integration and interface issues (e.g., with payroll, banking, procurement systems).

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL environment is a plus.

Experience with SOX compliance or working in a regulated industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Oracle Cloud Project Financials or Procurement modules.

Knowledge of reporting tools like OTBI, Smart View, or Oracle Analytics Cloud.

Experience working with global teams or supporting multi-entity environments.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
