Position Summary:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Talent Management team. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Coordinate routine emails, calendar entries, meetings, travel and various other assignments.
Prepare expense reports, ensuring all proper documentation is attached. Review department expense reports, including any needed follow up with associates before submitting reports for manager approval.
Assist managers with communications for associates as requested.
Schedule and send notifications of associate training meetings. Monitor and track training hours charged to training wage accounts.
Provide communications to associates regarding benefit changes.
Order supplies from vendors.
Pay and track accounting and invoices.
Maintain associate records.

Distribution HR ASP Minimum Position Qualifications:
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite with proficiencies in Excel and Power Point.
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information in a professional manner and work with all levels of the organization.
Proven personal initiative and follow through to completion.
Excellent communication skills and diplomacy when dealing with people.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
