Busy, growing company is seeking a well-rounded office clerk to handle a wide variety of tasks. Customer service office experience preferred. Position is a blended clerical/order desk role. 18 months or more office experience.
Inbound phone calls
Order taking/processing
Providing and tracking quotes
Scan, file, copy, and data entry
Outbound follow-up calls to customers
Shipment tracking
Basic level of MS Office
M-F 8a-5p, Will be working 7am-5pm with an hour overtime on Wednesdays. Interviewing next week, start date is a couple weeks away.
$17.82/hr to start, up to $20 once hired w/benefits. Growth opportunities.
