Job Description
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reimbursement Analyst to join our team. This fully remote role supports the revenue cycle team by preparing monthly contractual allowances, assisting with budget forecasting, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Must Sit In: HI, CA, OR, WA, CO, GA, MD – Fully Remote, MUST be able to work in HST hour (8-5pm HST)
Key Responsibilities
Calculate AR and reserves for all payors and submit monthly journal entries
Analyze charges, payments, and contractual allowances; explain variances
Support annual budget, forecasting, and financial audit processes
Maintain and update EPIC contract management system
Review over/under payments and research AR valuation issues
Collaborate with Patient Financial Services and revenue cycle staff
Prepare Medicare/Medicaid logs and financial analyses
Stay current on Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory changes
Qualifications
Education:
Required: BA + 5 years in healthcare analytics
Preferred: BA in Accounting, Finance, or related medical field
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related role
Systems Knowledge:
Required: MS Office, Excel, EPIC
Preferred: Power BI, SharePoint

Pay Details: $43.00 to $45.00 per hour
