Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join a dynamic team of two as an electronic assembler. You will utilize a soldering iron and interpret blueprints and schematics to effectively assemble components.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components using soldering iron and hand tools.

Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics.

Utilize digital volt meters and flow meters for assembly tasks.

Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.

Conduct repairs both over the phone and in the shop, interacting directly with customers.Essential Skills

Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly.

Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.

Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly.

At least 2 years of technical schooling.

6+ months experience working with hand tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for maintaining spreadsheets.

Experience with shipping processes is a plus.

To be considered for a position as an Assembly Technician the candidate must provide detailed information on their resume which outlines specific experience in the following areas:

Mechanical Assembly (assembly of instruments or machines of a technical nature with moving parts)

Use of hand tools

Troubleshooting:Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
