Job Description

FieldBridge Energy, LLC seeks a handful of Patterson, LA based Assemblers to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay + benefits.

Pay / Schedule: $19/hr, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with overtime (including some weekends). At 60 hours per week, earn approximately $1,300 gross per week.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential to assembling and testing mechanical products, identifying issues, and ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

Assemble components across all product lines with precision and attention to detail

Select appropriate tools and fixtures for each job

Conduct functional testing of assembled products to ensure performance standards

Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Identify mechanical and electrical components accurately

Use hand tools, power tools, and rework techniques as needed

Operate manufacturing equipment and apply correct tolerances and dimensions

Accurately document labor transactions and work orders

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives using the Manufacturing System principles

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools

Ability to stand, lift, and move parts throughout the workday

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
