Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as an order selector in a warehouse environment. You'll be responsible for wearing a headset to listen to orders, riding a walkie rider, delivering finished pallets to bay areas for shipping, maintaining product numbers, and picking a specified number of cases daily. Comfort with lifting weights ranging from 25 to 50 pounds is essential.

Responsibilities

Listen to orders via headset while riding a walkie rider.

Deliver finished pallets to bay areas for shipping.

Maintain accurate product numbers.

Pick a specified number of cases each day.

Comfortably lift weights between 25-50 lbs.Essential Skills

Experience with RF scanners.

Proficiency in order picking and shipping.

Forklift operation skills.

Inventory management.

Material handling expertise.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

The work environment is partially climate-controlled. The shipping and receiving section keeps doors open, providing a comfortable setting. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 10 PM, with a requirement to work until 1-2 AM if necessary.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.
