Job Title: Shop Mechanic
Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
Pat rate: $20-$25/hour to start
Job Description
As a Shop Mechanic, you will be responsible for disassembling, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling electric motors and pumps. You will also test electro-mechanical rotating equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems using various methods such as AC/DC. This role requires a strong mechanical inclination with some electrical knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
Disassemble electric motors and pumps for cleaning and repair.
Reassemble components after repairs.
Conduct grinding as necessary.
Test electro-mechanical rotating equipment for troubleshooting.
Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical or electrical parts and assemblies.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $61000.00/yr.
