Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team for the 2nd shift in Arlington. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output.
Responsibilities
Calibrate the machine before production begins.
Ensure machines are regularly checked and cleaned.
Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines and assist the assembly line.
Load and unload materials from trucks and within the shop as needed.
Ensure proper use of equipment and execution of projects.
Monitor and control machine performance and settings.
Inspect machinery with appropriate tools.
Troubleshoot and fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.
Gain hands-on experience with machine operations and production lines.
Learn to operate different machines and processes involved in production.Essential Skills
1+ years of experience operating fabrication equipment.
Proficiency in machine operation, inspection, and troubleshooting.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Familiarity with blueprints and forklift operation.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
This position operates on the 2nd shift, from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at our Arlington location. Candidates must be willing to train on the 1st shift.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Waunakee, Wisconsin.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr.
