Job Title: Forming Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Forming Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting machines to produce parts that meet quality standards. You will ensure efficient production operations with the ability to meet proven job rates and complete part inspections. Non-conforming parts will be quarantined and labeled accordingly. Additionally, you will handle materials via forklift, with training provided, and record job progress data both manually and through the ERP system.

Responsibilities

Record job progress data manually and through the ERP system.Essential Skills

Experience in welding, production welding, and machine operation.

Proficiency in MIG welding, robotics, laser, and robot operations.

Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.

At least 6 months in a machine operator position.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred experience of 6 months in a sheet metal facility.

Ability to pass a blueprint reading test.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a state-of-the-art sheet metal facility within large, climate-controlled warehouses located in the Airpark area. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and solid t-shirts in company colors. The first shift operates from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays when necessary. The second shift runs from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with potential Friday overtime.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
