About the job:
This temporary, onsite role supports the in-house Creative Services team by producing high-quality print and
digital materials. Ideal for a visual storyteller with strong design, photo editing, and project coordination skills.
+ We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 2–3 years of experience in an in-house, agency, or freelance design setting
• Holds a degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Is proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint/Prezi
• Has strong photo editing and retouching skills
• Understands brand consistency across print and digital platforms
• Communicates clearly and works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Is familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Has experience with Asana or similar project management tools
• Can work onsite full-time (this is not a remote role)
• Has photography experience or familiarity with basic photography equipment (a plus)
• Has experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations (a plus)
+ What you’ll do:
• Design print materials including brochures, fliers, reports, signage, and event collateral
• Create digital assets for email, web, social media, and internal communications
• Design branded presentations in PowerPoint and/or Prezi
• Support and execute internal photography needs; edit and retouch photos
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on brand and on deadline
• Track projects using Asana and assist with production/vendor coordination as needed
