Job Title: Clean Room Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate teams of operators in the manufacturing and testing of electronic and electro-mechanical products and systems. This role involves overseeing production employees, managing workflow, and ensuring that customer deadlines are met. The supervisor will also be responsible for enhancing production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
Responsibilities
Supervise production employees and manage workflow effectively.
Provide direction, review, and discipline to production employees as needed.
Calculate stock and supply requirements based on production schedules and requisition materials accordingly.
Interface with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met.
Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods and equipment performance.
Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment usage to enhance production efficiency.
Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work issues.
Maintain accurate time and production records.Essential Skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
5+ years of supervisory experience in a circuit card assembly manufacturing environment.
100% required clean room experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures.
Thorough understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge).
Ability to read and understand customer drawings and internal documentation.
Proficiency in using computers for emails, spreadsheets, word documents, and statistical data and graphs.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in defense/aerospace electronics manufacturing is a plus.
Electronic Component ID Certification preferred.
IPC 610 Certification preferred.
J-STD-001 Certification preferred.
Knowledge of standard and metric weights and measuring systems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work at a PCB manufacturer known for high-quality boards used in drills operating a mile below ground. The role requires working in a clean room and adhering to strict dress code regulations, including wearing a full bunny suit, foot covers, mouth covers, gloves, and hair net. Employees must avoid makeup, fake nails, or nail polish and wear close-toed shoes and pants. The standard shift is from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility required for earlier starts or later finishes, including weekends.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
