Staff Accountant
Full-Time Hybrid/2 days On-site
Join our finance team as a Staff Accountant, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and tax regulations. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong accounting foundation to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage and reconcile prepaid expenses, prepaid insurance, intercompany transactions, and escheat accounts
Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis
Support internal and external audits with timely documentation
Assist in maintaining internal controls and implementing new financial procedures
Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or 4+ years of directly related experience)
Experience: 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (9+ without a degree)
Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with integrated ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, time management, and clear communication
Preferred
Experience in public accounting or companies with $250M+ in revenue
Healthcare industry background is a plus
