Beverage Server

Job Description

Include, but are not limited to:

Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to casino guests

Performing necessary tasks to service guests, i.e., taking and filling all beverage orders and assisting and maintaining gaming area in a clean and neat manner

Monitoring guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all beverage requests are promptly filled

Assisting other beverage personnel with maintenance, including opening/closing duties, as necessary

Cleaning unwanted debris from the guests' gaming area such as bottles, cups, glasses, paper, and emptying ashtrays

Helping refill beverage supplies at all service stations

Requesting identification from guests when legal age is in question

Utilizing proper call order when ordering beverages from bartender in a courteous manner

Helping keep service wells stocked, clean, and sanitary

Staying current on department and property promotions and compliance guidelines

Performing all other duties specified or assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand and walk for prolonged periods. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must constantly lift/pull up to 25 pounds.
