Hiring Manufacturing Operators in New Castle, DE!
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist experienced operators in the production process, ensuring that all materials meet specified standards. Additionally, the role involves using a sit-down forklift to stage materials approximately 10% of the time.
Pay
$19.50/hour
Dupont Schedule - 12 hours shifts, rotating between days and nights
Responsibilities
Assist experienced operators in the production of materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor production processes to ensure materials meet specifications.
Perform quality checks and document results.
Use a sit-down forklift to stage materials as needed (approximately 10% of the time).
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Report any issues or discrepancies to experienced operators or management.Essential Skills
Manufacturing/Production Experience.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly after training.
Good attendance and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
Sit-down forklift experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Ability to follow SOPs and adhere to safety guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
