Machine Operator - 1st Shift - Pay $20+/hr

1st shift: 5:00am-1:30pm

Job Description:

The WOW Operator position is a job intended to finish the parts through the manufacturing stage and prepare them for the next process.

This would include cleaning, surface preparation, protection forshelf life requirements, and waxing for customer applications.

Essential Functions:

Loading parts-material handling

Operating OSS machine

Operating the Washer

Personal skills and competencies

Clear handwriting

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.

The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee is occasionally required to sit.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment safely.

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cargo.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
