We are seeking a skilled Machine Repair Technician who specializes in the repair of stamping presses and injection molding equipment. This role involves traveling to customer sites to perform general mechanical machine repairs, including hydraulic, pneumatic, gears, motors, wiring, and industrial maintenance tasks. The position primarily focuses on stamping presses and injection molding machinery. Customer locations are typically in the Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Holland, and Lansing areas. A company vehicle and tools are provided.

Responsibilities

Perform machine repairs on stamping presses and injection molding equipment.

Travel to customer sites to assess and fix machinery.

Conduct general mechanical machine repairs including hydraulic, pneumatic, gears, motors, and wiring.

Collaborate with sister company personnel for rigging or moving equipment.Essential Skills

Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.

Expertise in troubleshooting and mechanical repair.

Experience in industrial maintenance and machine repair.

Work Environment

Work on a 1st shift schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with potential for longer days if customer calls require immediate attention. Opportunity for daily overtime for hours worked over 8 hours, and double time for 12+ hours in a day.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Medical, dental, vision, company vehicle, uniforms, tool reimbursement. Vacation. OT over 8 hours in a day and 2x over 12 hour in a day
