What You'll Do:

Use our predictive dialer to call U.S. homeowners (no manual dialing)

Follow a proven script to qualify leads and set solar appointments

Book 1+ qualified sit every 2 hours of talk time

Log and track all activity in the CRM

Hit weekly KPIs to unlock bonuses and advancement opportunities

Compensation Breakdown:

$100 per qualified sit – paid same day

Backend commissions when deals close and install (72% close rate)

Weekly bonuses and promotion incentives

Top setters earn $6K–$9K+/week consistently

Example:

5 sits/day 5 days = 25 sits/week

25 $100 = $2,500 in advances

Requirements:

Minimum 30 hours/week (no part-timers)
