Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! This position is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical experience, especially in maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment such as punch presses, rollers, conveyors, and other production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine troubleshooting for both mechanical and electrical issues.

Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on machines including punch presses and other industrial equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

Replace or repair defective components (motors, belts, gears, etc.)

Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs

Work with the production team to ensure equipment runs efficiently

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

️ Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or technician in a manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical skills: ability to diagnose and repair various machinery

Experience with punch presses or similar machines is highly preferred

Familiarity with basic electrical and hydraulic systems

Ability to read technical manuals and schematics

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
